Noodle Bar (and so they say...)

Introducing to you - Noodle Bar! (: the first ever, okay the third chinese restaurant I've tried so far in the land of tea and scones.

This place was recommended to us by most seniors, as they claimed that this place has the best chinese noodles in coventry :O

I went there today (which was a sunday), and it was super crowded *pengsan*

super HUGE portion of noodles served here! Seriously, you could share this with another person. I shared this with Eugene and this was basically made up of roasted cha siu (roasted pork), aubergines and oh-I-forgot-what =X It costs around 6GBP+ (kinda forgotten, sorry)

From what I've heard, Noodles Bar's owner is of Hong Kong nationality. Hence you could pretty much expect HK's style of food here. I'd say that the noodles were rather nice, but it was a little bit too oily, especially when you've reached beneath the vege and noodle on top, but overall, rather satisfying! :)

Price: 5 /10 (ermm. I tend to convert everythg back to MYR, so yeah, for a big portion like that, and which if this restaurant is in a mall, I'd say it's okay to eat out occasionally) 

Service: 4 /10 (Seriously, they need more employees. The ratio of customers to waiters/waitresses is like 10:2 . We waited for more than 20 mins or perhaps longer for our food to be served!) 

Environment: 5 /10 (erm. They could use a bigger restaurant. It consists of one small pathetic shoplot. =.= ) 

Food: 7 /10 (so far the best in Coventry, and so they say... I'd give higher ratings if it weren't that oily =/ ) 

Comments: Worth coming back again occasionally, but not all the time coz of the price and the high oil content in the food. But yeah, definitely one of the best chinese restaurants in Coventry so far :)
